She was predeceased by: her husband Donald B. Jordan; and her brothers, Alan E. Bates and Gordon A. Bates. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberley Jordan-Horte (Richard Horte) of Halifax; her granddaughter Shannon M. Rice (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Ashley, Trevor and Matthew.
