We bid farewell to Dorothy A. Mathewson (Weymouth, Massachusetts), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 27, 2025 at the age of 92. Dorothy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Dorothy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Dorothy farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her husband Wilfred "Bill" Mathewson of Weymouth; her daughters, Debra Mathewson (James Sorensen) of Bourne, MA, Donna Eichles (Terry) of New Hampsire and Denise Mathewson of Weymouth; and her grandchildren, Jack (Jessica), Kimberly (Scott) and Eddy.
