She was predeceased by: her sons, Robert and James Carignan. She is survived by: her son Gregory Carignan (Debbie) of London, Ohio; her grandchildren, Brenton Carignan, Amanda and Michael Adams of Dayton, Ohio; and her friends, Patty, John Bartlett and Nita Degraan.
