It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Petersen (Weymouth, Massachusetts), born in Brockton, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 24, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Philomena Cashin (Guarino-Cyr); her husband Herbert L. Petersen; her son Kenneth Crosby, Jr.; and her siblings, Teresa DuVal and Leon Cyr.
She is survived by: her children, Jane E. Sullivan of Weymouth, John L. Petersen of Powell, TN, Marilyn A. Morway of Braintree, Maria D. Mani of Weymouth, Teresa R. "Sandi" Sarno of Weymouth and Michael S. Petersen of Acton, Maine; and her sister Julia Fratalia of Brockton. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
