She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Joseph Hale and Grace Hale; her children, Mark Ridder (Dawn) of Missouri, Traci Murphy (John) of Pembroke and Todd Ridder (Tammy) of Weymouth; her grandchildren, Spencer, Sarah, Joseph, Emma, Michael, Matthew, Daniel and Kaitlyn; her great grandchildren, Nova and Roy; her brother Kenneth Hale of Virginia; her grandson John MacKinnon; and her close friend Ken Congdon.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shepherd Funeral Homes (134 Pleasant St, Weymouth, MA 02190). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Mt. Wollaston Cemetery (20 Sea St, Quincy, MA 02169).
