He is survived by: his father Richard Harkins Sr.; and his siblings, Laurianne Hannon of North Falmouth, Robert Harkins of Braintree, Nancy Minghella (Tom) of Burlington, Richard Harkins Jr. (Christine) of New Hampton, Ruth Harkins of Quincy, Diane Kelcourse of Weymouth, Michael Harkins (Victoria) of Center Ossipee, Anne Kelly (John) of Milton, Eileen Harkins (Brian Machado) of Assonet and Joseph Harkins (Cyline) of Braintree. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
