He was predeceased by: his father James; his father-in-law John; and his sibling Patrice Berneburg. He is survived by: his wife Linda Tierney (Farrell); his children, Sean, Liam, Erin and Declan Tierney of Weymouth; his mother Patricia Tierney of Weymouth; his mother-in-law Jacquelyn Farrell of Weymouth; his siblings, Joseph Tierney (late Tracey) of Braintree and Donna Pettenati (Paul) of Sandwich; and his sisters-in-law, Marlene O'Connor (Brendan) of Manhattan Beach and Sharon Carlino (Robert) of Wakefield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
