He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Emerson Comstock and Charlotte Marie Comstock (Achtziger). He is survived by: his wife Deborah R. Scott-Comstock; and his siblings, Dennis Comstock (Donna Comstock), Gerald Comstock (Kathy Comstock) and Marlene Romano (Jeff Romano). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
