She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis X. Fay; her sisters, Susan Bailey, Mary Franklin and Ann Collins; and her parents, Kathleen Collins and John J. Collins.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen R. Fay; her grandchildren, Cosette Fay, Mya, Anthony Holmes Jr., Michael Martin, Will, Stephanie Martindale, Abby, Maggie Fay, Chloe Kelley, Sydney, Samantha and Alex Brawley; and her pets, Sally Jane, Frankie Sue and Bleu Solo.
A Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (72 Washington St, Weymouth, MA 02188). A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Blue Hill Cemetery (700 West St, Braintree, MA 02184).
