He was predeceased by: his daughter Katherine White; and his brother Daniel. He is survived by: his girlfriend Rita Lavoie; his children, Debbie Kamm-Pelles and Reggie Kamm; his grandchildren, Kelly, Dennis and Rachel Kamm; and his siblings, Sandy MacGillivray, Karen Werra, Diane Werra, Catherine MacGillivray, Michael MacGillivray and Stephen MacGillivray. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
