He was predeceased by: his parent Atty. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Leahy (Greene) of Weymouth; his children, Michael Leahy (Amanda) of Hanson, Timothy Leahy (Jillian) of Puyallup and Ryan Leahy of Puyallup, Washington.; his grandchildren, Isabella, Ryder, Liam, Jace, Emma and Frances; and his siblings, Peter Leahy (Elaine), Catherine Brine (Philip) and Anne Trovato (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
