He is survived by: his wife Ginger Puliafico; his children, Terri Keefe (Ron), Joe Puliafico (Lynette) and Ed Puliafico (Erin); his grandchildren, Sydney Keefe, Lindsay Keefe, Valerie Puliafico, Michaela Keefe, Elise Puliafico, Ryan Puliafico, Aidan Puliafico and Emma Puliafico; and his brothers, John Puliafico (Maria) and Paul Puliafico (Nancie).
