With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian MacArthur of Weymouth, Massachusetts, born in Lexington, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 5, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William G. MacArthur; and her sister Margaret Vesey. She is survived by: her children, Carol Ann Smith (Don) of Weymouth, Christine MacArthur (John Yerardi) of Billerica, William MacArthur, Jr. (Joan) of Hingham, Janet Bell (Jim) of Weymouth and Judith Martell (Josh) of Gray, ME.; her siblings, Catherine Hooper of Lexington, Lawrence MacGillivray, Rose Kelly and Jean Gaudet; her grandchildren, John, Drew, Lauren, Brendan, Jennifer, Kathryn, Abigail, Alison and Kyle; her stepgrandchildren, Leslie and Ben; her great grandchildren, Henry and Charlie; and her stepgreat-grandsons, Emerson, Nathan and Ian. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
