She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Foley and Bridget Quinn; and her daughter Christine Welch. She is survived by: her siblings, Anna and Jackie; her husband Timothy Welch; her daughter Margaret Welch McDonough; her grandson Timothy McDonough; and her sister Helen Foley Bousquet.
