It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia J. Wolfert of Weymouth, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 1, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Herbert Sullivan and Helen Sullivan; and her husband Joseph Wolfert. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Patricia may be made to Norwell VNA and Hospice, 120 Longwater Drive, Norwell, MA 02061.
