Richard M. Molisse Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard M. Molisse of Weymouth, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 29, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard M. Molisse to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor F. Molisse and Carl A. Molisse; his grandmother Florence Condon; and his wife Claire Molisse (Murphy). He is survived by: his children, Weymouth Mayor Michael Molisse, Kathy Wilson (Rob), Steve Molisse, Dianne Fidrocki (Bill), Tom Molisse (Julie) and Brian Molisse (Jessica); his grandchildren, Kari-Ann, Rick, Tyler, Mariah, Olivia, Jake, Kaelyn, Tom, John, Michael, Ainsley, Mairin and Reese; his sister Eleanor Rose Ahearn; his siblings-in-law, Mel Ahearn, Connie Gill, Kathleen, Peter Keane, Richard Murphy, Susanne Murphy and Debbie Murphy; and his uncle Howard Pflaumer. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 9:45 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Church (234 Pleasant St, Weymouth, MA 02190). A Mass will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Blue Hill Cemetery (700 West St, Braintree, MA 02184).
