He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sullivan and Sheila Sullivan; and his sister Tara M. Sullivan. He is survived by: his child Gracy M. Sullivan of Weymouth; his sibling Kerry A. Sullivan of Weymouth; and his nephews, Brendan, Richard and Henry. He is also survived by his aunt and several uncles and cousins.
