Robert leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Robert’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Robert will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his son Robert W. McAuley Jr. of California; and his parents, William McAuley and Mary McAuley (Fallon) of Jamaica Plain, MA.. He is survived by: his wife Mary McAuley (Farley) of Weymouth; his son Christopher McAuley (Christine) of Braintree; and his granddaughters, Maggie of Providence, RI, Kate and Bridget of Braintree. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home East Weymouth (3 Charles St, Weymouth, MA 02189). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
