He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Faherty and Margaret Faherty (Ward); his son Patrick J. Faherty; and his sister Catherine Whittemore. He is survived by: his wife Joan A. Faherty (Bacigalupo). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
