He is survived by: his wife Diane Hawkes (Berio); his children, Jonathan Hawkes (Alise) of Brooklyn, NY, Jeffrey Hawkes (Colette) of Australia and Nancy Hawkes of Weymouth; his grandchildren, Jayden, Jemma, Julia and Jordan; his brother David Hawkes of California; his friend Carol Melanson; his close friend Bruce; his friend Howie; his child Rainbow; and his nephews, Jonathan and Jeffrey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
