She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen Ford. She is survived by: her children, Collette McElhinney (Stephen), Stephen Ford (Kathleen) and Nicole Easler (Erik); and her grandchildren, Ryan McElhinney (Lindsay), Erin McElhinney, Sean McElhinney, Braeden Ford, Celia Ford and Nathan Ford.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Cookie's memory to the Pat Roche Hospice Home in Hingham.
