He was predeceased by: his siblings, James Coveney of Phoenix, AZ, Janet Herlihy of Burlington, MA and Dianne Wentworth (Russell) of Rockland; his parents, William Coveney and Bertha Coveney; his sister Mary Therese Coveney (Joseph Coveney); and his girlfriend Rita Meara.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Coveney (Joanne) of Chestertown, MD, Christopher Coveney of West Roxbury, Virginia Chandler (Mark) of Prospect Hill, NC., Thomas Concannon (Paula) of Hampstead, NH, Timothy Concannon (Suzanne) of Kensington, NH and Mary Ines (Dana) of North Reading; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Elizabeth, William, Luke, Sarah, Laura, Kathryn, Erin, Allison and Andrew; and his great grandchildren, Patrick, Annalee, Hudson, Benjamin, Jackson and Bronwyn.
