He was predeceased by: his parents, David Finnegan and Dorothy Finnegan. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Finnegan of Plymouth and Michael Finnegan of Plymouth; his grandson Jackson; his sister Lisa Palacios of Weymouth; his brother-in-law Rich; his sister Susan McDonald (John) of Connecticut; his nieces, Lauren Gervais of Hanover and Samantha Palacios of Woburn; his aunt Arleen Boyd of Weymouth; and his cousins, Kristin Leonard and Kim Leonard of Weymouth. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
