She was predeceased by : her husband Frank Polucha; her siblings, Louis, Edward Kosciak, Wanda Baron and Jennie Kozak; her granddaughter Pamela Morin; her great grandchild Sebastian Cyr; and her parents, Stanislaw Kosciak and Anna Kosciak (Pilch).

She is survived by : her children, John Polucha (Julie) of Sutton, Frances Dumas (Michael) of Whitinsville and Jane Archibald (Jim) of Whitinsville; and her grandchildren, Amy Stacy of Douglas, Kristen Clark of Sturbridge, Jenna Stanley of Whitinsville, James Archibald of Holliston, Zachary Polucha of Northbridge, Anna Grotevant of Northbridge, Neil Polucha of Sutton and Katy Cyr of Auburn. She is also survived by 3 great-great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
