He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemarie Hurley; and his sisters, Loretta Hurley and Mary Dineen of Whitman. He is survived by: his sons, James Hurley of York, Thomas Hurley of Falmouth, Steven Hurley of Boston and Paul Hurley of Plymouth. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
