With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis M. Gallagher Jr. of Wilbraham, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 17, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis M. Gallagher and Elizabeth C. Gallagher (Miles); and his sons, Joseph, F. Michael Gallagher III and Martin P. Gallagher.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Gallagher (Epaul); his children, Mark Gallagher (Margaret) of Somerville, SC, Shelly Creager (Mark) of Lyme, NH and Megan Gallagher Maguire of Wilbraham; his sister Elizabeth Moylan (Jack) of Cape Cod; and his grandchildren, Michael Creager, Alyssa Creager (Mick Frantzen) and Kiley Maguire Buscemi (Tyler). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
