He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Wilkinson and Elizabeth Wilkinson (Spinelli); and his brothers, George, Nicholas and Thomas Wilkinson.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Wilkinson (Peck) of Wilbraham; his children, James "Jim" Wilkinson Jr. (Laura) of Davenport, Steve Wilkinson (Dawn Vivenzio) of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Kelsey May Wilkinson of Woburn and Aleena Wilkinson of Wilbraham, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Tami Barrington, Alejandra Wilkinson and Spencer Vivenzio; his great grandchildren, Lucas DePalo and Kylee Barrington; his sister Nancy Kettles; his siblings-in-law, Alesia Peck and Albert Dionne; his niece Samantha Peck-Dionne; and his great-nephew Elias Alan Ouellette.
