He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Blondek and Frances Blondek (Dion); and his sister Joan Warpula (Blondek). He is survived by: his wife Linda Blondek (McInerny); his children, James Blondek Jr. (Jill) of Andover, NH and Sarah Hamylak (Christopher) of Suffield, CT.; his grandchildren, Mayson Blondek, Zoe Hamylak and Alexander Hamylak; and his sister Patricia (Blondek).
