He is survived by : his wife Charlotte (Merton); his children, Christine Lightner (Jonathan) of Garden City, KS and John Logan (Millicent) of Springfield, MA; his grandchildren, Emma, Lauren Lightner and Kendall Logan; and his brothers, Wayne Logan and Harold Logan (Crystal).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jack's memory to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104.
