He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Lindahl and Margit Lindahl (Jakobson); his wife Ruth Lindahl (Monrad); his daughter Louise Lindahl Humphrey; his brother Lawrence Lindahl; and his daughter-in-law Gwen K. Lindahl.
He is survived by: his children, Paul W. Lindahl (Yvonne Hoyt) of Freedom, NH, Karin Sardinha (Joseph) of Ellington, CT and Ann Stoddard (John) of Pomfret Center, CT; his brother Bob Lindahl; and his grandchildren, Kate McInnis (Matt), Kim Bzdafka (Max), Brian Sardinha (Tosha), Kristine Moreau (Kyle), Dennis Humphrey (Courtney) and Zachary Stoddard. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
