He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Rivas (Eric); his granddaughter Sloane of Ludlow; his brother Doyle Fontaine of Ludlow; his children, Kathy Farnsworth of Ludlow, Daniel Kelley of Ludlow, John Kelley of Ludlow and Warren Kelley of Chicopee; his former wife Darlene Kennedy of Ludlow; and his close friends, Karen Abair, Harold Maynard and Gary Venne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
