He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Dean and Barbara Dean (Spicer); and his brother Robert Dean. He is survived by: his wife LaRae Dean (Paquette); his sons, Michael Dean (Minako) of Japan, Thomas Dean, William Dean and Matthew Dean (Ratda); and his siblings, Donald Dean (Carol), James Dean and Barbara Duford.
