He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Leahy and John Leahy; his brother Gerard Leahy; his wife Linda Sullivan; his children, Heather Gatnarek (Josh Jennings) of Louisville, KY and Sean Leahy (Audra Winn) of Northampton, MA; his brother Paul Leahy (Anne); his grandchildren, Esme, Cyrus Leahy and Emerson Jennings; and his pet Big Boy Boo. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews.
Peter J. Leahy, known to all as Scoop, died July 26 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA, of end stage complications from Parkinson's Disease; both of his children were with him when he passed.
