She was predeceased by: her parents, James O'Brien and Mary O'Brien; her husband Edward W. Luczynski Jr. MD; and her brother James O'Brien. She is survived by: her children, Missy Holmes Jan Day (Hubert), Ned Luczynski (Joy), David Luczynski (Lisa) and Ken Luczynski. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great – grandchildren.
