She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Leonard and Barbara Leonard (Porter); her husband Richard Forrestall; and her siblings, Carole, Robert, Thomas and Donna.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Brawn (Kenny), Michelle Lee and Kelly Doucette (Thomas). She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, her nieces, nephews, and friends.
