He was predeceased by: his father Ronald D. "Herman" Sullivan of Wilmington; and his sister Maureen Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Sullivan, Jewel Sullivan and Jade Sullivan; the parent of his children Ronda Sullivan (Swimm) of Derry, NH.; his mother Claire L. Sullivan (Gagnon); his brothers, Ronald D. Sullivan, Jr. (Sherry) of Derry, NH, Robert Sullivan (Christine) of Lowell and Richard Sullivan (Mary) of Raymond, NH; and his nephews, Nicholas and Caleb. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
