She was predeceased by: her parents, William Topping and Anna Topping (Quirk). She is survived by: her siblings, Anne Hayden (David) of Chelmsford and Frank Topping of Sebastian, FL.; her siblings' children, Kathryn Harrington (Robert), Alexandra Hayden, Deanna Hayden (Patricia), Ellie and Robert Jr. Cindy; and her friend Sheryl Hurley. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
At Cindy's request donations in her memory may be made to any organization that helps to support American Soldiers, Wounded Warriors, or to Sailing Heals, in lieu of sending flowers.
