David R. Martel Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David R. Martel of Wilmington, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 3, 2025 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David R. Martel to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond D. Martel and Simone M. Martel (Belliveau). He is survived by: his wife Heather A. Martel; his daughter Lisa Smith (Jeffrey); his granddaughters, Julia of Peabody and Katelyn Smith of Peabody; his siblings, Michelle Francis (Wallace) of Revere, Paul Martel (Deborah) of Newburyport, Annette Hunter (Thomas) of Largo, FL and Louise Kozak (Michael) of Midlothian, VA; and his stepgrandchildren, Robin and Toni Guanci. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many close friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Solimine Funeral Home - Broadway (426 Broadway, Lynn, MA 01904). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 9:00 AM and at 10:00 AM.
