George L. Doherty Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George L. Doherty of Wilmington, Massachusetts, born in Arlington, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 25, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Doherty and Ann O. Doherty (Mahoney); his wife Mary V. Doherty (Semerjian); his daughter Kathleen Doherty; and his brother John Morrissey (Jackie).
He is survived by: his children, Theresa A. Doherty, George Doherty, Jr., Colleen Ann, Jennifer Mary Smolinsky (Derian) of Wilmington and Brian Hanright Doherty (Christy). He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
