It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta A. Valente of Wilmington, Massachusetts, born in Waltham, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 28, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Antoinette Buda (Sacca); her husband Rocco "Rocky" Valente; her children, Loretta, Rocky, Angela Valente Romeo of Nashville, TN, Annette Strand (Bob) of Billerica, Lucia Carlson (Michael Marquis) of Tewksbury, Teresa Ayer (John) of Pepperell, Paul Valente, Joan Logee of Westford, Michael Valente of Oviedo, FL, John Valente of Medford, Donna Schulz (Joe) of Oviedo, FL, Kristina Saunders (Ken) of Pooler, GA and Annemarie Melendez (Pablo) of Orlando, FL.; her grandchildren, Ryan Carlson, John Arnold III, Matthew Carlson, Jessica Philbrook, Tayla Martell, Alixandra Martell, Brianna Valente, TJ Martell, Samantha Ayer, Nikolas Schulz, Victoria Valente, Gavin Anderson, Joey Schulz, Aalyah West, Cameron Saunders, Emma Saunders and Amiya Valente; and her sister Virginia Schaufus. She was also cherished by 12 great-grandchildren.
