He is survived by: his wife Barbara (O'Connor); his daughters, Kimberly MacInnis (John) of Wilmington and Kristen McGuire (David) of Dracut; and his grandchildren, Samantha MacInnis (Patrick Carroll) of Tewksbury and Brendan MacInnis (Abby Perry) of Wilmington.
