He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigurd Aalerud and Hanna Aalerud (Johnson); and his sister Thelma Moore (late Eric). He is survived by: his wife Sue Rose Earley; his children, Bill Aalerud (Marina Belyea) of Lexington, MA, Ken Aalerud (Janet) of Ft. Myers, FL and Elaine Wonson (Mark) of Gloucester, MA; his daughter-in-law Karen Eldracher of Winchester, MA; his grandchildren, Claire Aalerud, Alison Poallilo (Mitchell), Charlene King (Brian), Kenny Aalerud, Jr., Eric Aalerud, Tim Aalerud, Emily Wonson and Lauren Wonson; his great grandchildren, Logan Aalerud, Lucas Aalerud, Alexis Aalerud, Charles King, Amelia King, William King and Victoria King; and his sister Elna "Ellie" Bent (Fred) of Wilmington, MA. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
