She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lloyd Matthews and Grace Matthews (Porter); her grandmothers, Hadley, Sloane, Willa and Layne; her husband John "Jack" Cushing; her sons, Ed Cushing (Melissa) of Easton and Eric Cushing (Jennifer) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Shea, Owen, Piper, Brynn and Luke; her sisters, Carol Wood (late Dick) of Portsmouth, NH and Lorraine Roy (Ray) of Leominster; and her siblings-in-law, Lawrence "Snookie" Cushing, Jr. (Marion) of Wilmington, Patricia Robarge (late Joe "Sonny") of Wilmington, Charlie Cushing (Evelyn) of Wilmington, Pudgie Cushing, James "Jimmy" Cushing (Suzie) of Methuen, Joan Buckley (Ed) of Tewksbury and Gerald Cushing of Franklin, NH.. She was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nichols Funeral Home (187 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington, MA 01887). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
