She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Cook and Helen Cook (Whitman); her son Michael; her brothers, William, David and Richard; and her sister-in-law Sandra Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Elwin; her children, Kristen Reilly (Matt) of Lowell, Heidi Hourihan (Geoff Chappell) of New Braunfells, TX and Charles Rice (Jennifer) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Katti Thereault (David), James Reilly, Tyler Veiga (Cynthia Chestnut), Elizabeth Hamel (Elijah Hyde), Michael Hourihan, Annabelle Chappell, Trevor Chappell, Emma Chappell and Dante Segal; her siblings, Carol Burkentine (Chuck) of Chambersburg, PA, Lawrence Cook (Valerie) and Debra DiFino; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Cook of Norton and Dori Osborne (Ed) of Englewood, FL.. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
