He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Puccio and Madeline Puccio (Manganelli); his siblings, Joseph Puccio and Francis Musi; and his nephew Joseph Puccio Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Puccio (Spinney); and his nieces and nephews, Michael Musi, Albert DeLeo, Rose Crowley and Joanne Comer.
