She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Shimkus and Charlotte Shimkus (Feltman). She is survived by: her husband Richard Swenson; her stepsons, Daniel (Yvette) and Richard; her stepgranddaughter Heather; her children, Victoria, Ane and Leila; her stepgrandson Trever; and her siblings, Linda Chase (Dick), Alice Gallant (Aslam Masih), Nancy Giudette and James Hakkinen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stone Ladeau Funeral Home (343 Central St, Winchendon, MA 01475). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Greenbower Cemetery.
