He is survived by : his granddaughter Jenna Nolette; his grandchild-in-law Vangelo Mendez; his children, Christine Birt, Bridgette Nolette, Alicia Bastarache, Michael and William G. Bowler (Garnett); and his siblings, Donna Mae Bowler, Ronald and Donald Bowler. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
