It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Tate (Winchendon, Massachusetts), who passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Judson and Leona E. Tate (Buman). He is survived by: his brothers, Doug J. Tate (Cynthia), Robert Tate and Stephen Tate; his niece Amber Leblanc; and his caregiver Melody Phelps.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Riverside Cemetery.
