He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Beltzer; his children, Matthew, Lorren Grammont, Stephen Jr., Michael, Debbie Smith and Karen Gallagher; and his siblings, Shelia Weyant, Aleta Beltzer and Michael Beltzer. He is also survived by many grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
