He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra A. Higgins (Lapoint); his parents, William B. Sr. Higgins and Sylvia B. Higgins (Walkana); and his siblings, William B. Higgins, Jr. and Joyce Higgins.
He is survived by: his son Scott Higgins; and his brothers, Bruce E. Higgins, Nelson E. Higgins and Wayne R. Higgins.
